On Thursday last, the children of 5th and 6th class participated in the school's first ever Olympic Handball tournament in Ratoath. This was an inter-schools event for a sport on the rise.
Interest levels were high and after practicing for the past few weeks, the children more than handled their own in the games yesterday. Both boys and girls had three games each which was expertly run by the host school.
It is a game the children will persevere with and it was fantastic to see first hand the improvements all have made.
