Annual Spooky Walk Event
The most eagerly awaited event of the year is the Spooky Walk event organised by our dedicated and hard working Parents Association Committee and team of parent volunteers. Pupils, staff and parents dress up in their Halloween costumes and enjoy participating in a range of fun games and activities including what's in the witches cauldron, tin can bowling, guess the pumpkin pinata weight, ring toss to name but a few. We were delighted to visit our new outdoor classroom for some of the games and activities. Our pupils had been busily collecting sponsorship for the spooky walk where each class in their spooky costumes completed a walk. Thank you to all who sponsored our pupils for this event. Great fun was had by all. A colouring competition was held across the school with one winner from each class level winning a prize bag and certificate. There was also a pumpkin carving competition and we were blown away by the creative carvings this year. There were two winners for the pumpkin carving competition who also received a prize bag and certificate all organised by our Parent Association Committee. A huge thank you to our Parents Association who co-ordinated this event. Happy Halloween everyone.
