The children in 5th & 6th Class took part in a cookery class in the school today. They learned how to make pasta with a tomato, herb and vegetable sauce. They learned how to chop, saute, mix and prepare a meal for themselves. In small groups they demonstrated excellent teamwork and cooked their dish. The children then ate what they had cooked. Thanks to Chef Brian and Edel for the lessons and the cookery class.
