The girls excelled once again in game two of their Cumann na mBunscol league. Coming from a 10 point deficit at half time to within three points with one minute to go was a testament to their attitude and determination. Unfortunately, the team ran out of time on this occasion but they can all hold their heads high after what was a rip roaring contest.
It warmed the heart on a cold, wet and miserable day to see the girls chase so hard for everything and play to the bitter end. Well done all. Notable debuts took place as well, and it was brilliant to see the girls smile as much after the game as much as before it.
