Well done to our 6th Class pupil Oliver Collins on the publication of his very own recipe book. This is a project that Oliver has worked on over the last two years. He chose the recipes, cooked the dishes and wrote/typed out the recipes for his book. Thank you to our after school illustration class teacher Niamh for working with Oliver to design an amazing front cover for this great book. Oliver signed copies of his recipe book for all the school. We have a signed copy in our school library to inspire both present and future pupils to become published authors just like Oliver!
