Today Valerie, our creative associate, came in and taught us how to design our our t-shirts using ink. Our Creative committee helped Valerie set up and organised the rest of the groups. This technique is called tie-dye. Every pupil folded their t-shirt into either a spiral or in a strip and then put elastic bands around it. The pupils then choose the colours they wanted on their t-shirt. They wore gloves and an apron and put the ink onto their t-shirt. Everyone put their t-shirt into a zip lock bag to let it dry.
